Computer & IT problems fixed in 3 easy steps
Book
TechExpert 2U starts off with booking an initial phone consultation to get an outline of the problem and how it came about. Once we have all the necessary information you’ll be offered an available appointment that suits you.
Investigate
At the arranged date and time your Tech Expert will arrive onsite to further investigate the issue with a view to fixing the problem
Fix
Each appointment is scheduled to last up to 2 hours, giving plenty of time for your Tech Expert to understand and, all being well, fix the problem. However, if the issue proves to be more complex, thats not a problem. If, after the initial 2 hours, the issue hasn’t been resolved your Tech Expert will dicuss with you the next steps and the options available. Terms & conditions apply.
