We offer remote assistance to our TechAssist customers/clients when there is reason to believe we can solve the problem that has been presented to us without completing an on-site visit. We use secure remote access technology with Avast Security System to ensure protection from both ends.

Why Remote Assistance?

We choose to complete remote assistance sessions when an on-site visit is not optimal. Due to the fact we get a lot of customers having computer issues and system developments/changes almost constantly, we need to be sure we can access everybody in a way that isn't going to over-consume our time!


Our technicians are technology experts and have a lot of experience in business systems, IT issues and IT management. This allows us to make accurate estimates of the severity of issues that are brought to us, as well as having a good idea of what it's going to take to fix your issue.
